Terms of service

What TrustLoop is

TrustLoop is a managed service operated by TrustLoop by Zonovva Creative. We design and host a review page for your business, supply QR artwork, configure suitable review destinations, and manage the feedback and reporting included in your plan. The service is managed for you. Google is supported today; other custom destinations and additional work are agreed separately.

What we do not guarantee

Reviews are written and posted by your customers, at their discretion, to a platform we do not control. Each platform sets its own rules and moderates independently. It may change its requirements, remove reviews or restrict profiles for reasons outside our control.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to represent the business and provide accurate, eligible review destinations.
• You must not offer customers any incentive — discounts, free goods, loyalty points — in exchange for a review.
• You must not pressure customers to review while they are on your premises, or set review targets for staff.
• You must not ask customers to mention a specific staff member or include particular content.
• The details you give us for the page — hours, address, contact — must be accurate.

Follow each destination’s requirements, including any limits on invitations. Yelp must not be included in review requests, and Trustpilot requires supported invitation methods. See our Google review guidelines. If we become aware that a client is doing any of the above, we may suspend the service.

Review gating

The intended setup presents the same eligible public destinations and optional private feedback to every customer, before a rating is requested. We do not agree to sentiment filtering, fabricated customer experiences, promotional review templates or campaigns that select only likely positive reviewers. Optional AI writing assistance must preserve the customer’s actual experience and final control, and follow the destination platform’s rules. The live configuration and staff practices must follow the same principles.

Fees and term

Fees are as published on our pricing page, in Indian Rupees, billed monthly in advance. GST is additional where applicable. Standard setup, design and QR artwork are included. Physical printing, delivery and additional custom work are quoted separately. There is no minimum term and no lock-in — either party may end the arrangement at the close of a paid month.

Payments on your review page

Where your page includes a UPI ID or a payment link, those payments go directly to you. No customer money passes through TrustLoop at any point, and we take no share of it.

What belongs to whom

You retain your rights in the business materials you provide. The TrustLoop platform, templates and code remain ours. Public reviews remain on the destination platforms, subject to their terms and the reviewer’s rights. Ending TrustLoop does not itself delete those reviews. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy and applicable requirements.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Third-party destinations may also experience outages or change their links.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, or actions taken by third-party review platforms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
