REVIEW QR CODES
Google review QR codes. One scan, a clear invitation.
Give customers a convenient way to open your review page. TrustLoop combines print-ready QR artwork with a branded destination and ongoing management.
One clear destination
Your QR opens your business page, where customers choose from the review options configured for you.
A neutral invitation
Use wording such as “Share your experience.” Avoid asking for a particular rating or offering a reward.
Ready to share
Place the artwork where customers can read it comfortably, or share the page link through an appropriate channel.
Google or a branded review page?
A direct Google review link is useful when Google is your only destination and you want to manage the code yourself. TrustLoop adds a branded page, optional private feedback and suitable custom destinations. Google is supported today; other links require a setup check.
How do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile while signed in, choose “Ask for reviews” (sometimes shown as “Get more reviews”) and copy the link or download the QR code Google provides. That link opens the review form on your listing directly. TrustLoop uses the same link as your Google destination and adds a branded page, QR artwork and optional private feedback around it.
What comes with your setup
Page design and print-ready QR artwork are included in your plan. Physical table standees, stands, printing and delivery can be arranged separately. We confirm any added cost before ordering.
Choose a comfortable moment
Place the invitation where customers can use it voluntarily after experiencing your service.
- A receipt, bill folder or counter card after the transaction.
- A checkout desk or take-home card for a completed stay or appointment.
- A clearly labelled area separate from your payment QR.
- A permitted follow-up channel, with appropriate consent and frequency.
Check it before you print
Test the final code on several phones and check the correct business destinations. Keep enough clear space around it and choose a readable print size. The QR must remain usable without staff pressure or a required rating step.
Plan for updates and cancellation
A code pointing to your TrustLoop page depends on that page staying active. Contact us before changing providers or cancelling so we can agree a handover. Printed QR codes should be tested again after any host or destination change.
