A fair customer journey
The intended setup makes the same eligible public links and private feedback option available without screening satisfaction. Customers control their reviews; AI must not invent experiences or turn criticism into praise. No incentives or guaranteed ratings are offered.
Reporting with clear definitions
Growth includes reporting on page activity and private feedback. Pro adds per-client reporting and CSV export. A page visit, scan, private rating or outbound click is not proof of a published review. Custom redirects do not automatically synchronise external reviews.
Managed service and support
We handle design, setup and ongoing page management. You receive the agreed feedback and reports; you do not need an operator dashboard. Standard support is included, with priority support on Growth and Pro.
