Your appearance and animation preferences
If you choose light or dark mode, or pause website animations, we save those preferences in your browser’s local storage for later visits. These settings contain only your theme and animation choices, not a tracking identifier. They apply across the website. If storage is unavailable, the controls still work during your current visit.
This website
Like every Zonovva website, this site measures how it is used. It records the pages you view, the link, search or advert that brought you here (including campaign tags), clicks, scroll depth and time on page, your device, browser and screen, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city level, never street level), a first-party visitor identifier and a one-way device hash. These records are kept in a private Google Sheet operated by Zonovva. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity measure usage; the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are marketing tags and are not loaded once you choose “Analytics only” or opt out. Visitors in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before anything is measured; everywhere else measurement starts when the page loads and the notice shown on your first visit lets you opt out in one tap (clear this site’s cookies to see it again). Hosting systems also process request information such as IP addresses and browser details for delivery and security. The interactive demo and AI examples
The sample review page is an illustration. Private feedback typed in the demo stays in the page’s temporary state. It is not submitted to a TrustLoop server or published, and is cleared when you reset the demo or leave the page. The AI writing examples are prepared text, not live AI requests; they do not send customer information to an AI provider.
Contact drafts and enquiries
When you use the contact form, the details you enter are recorded in Zonovva’s private Google Sheet so we can reply, and the form then prepares an email or, when configured, a WhatsApp message for you to send. If you start the form and leave without finishing, what you typed so far is recorded too, so an enquiry that did not make it through can still be answered. Opening a draft passes its contents to your chosen application or provider, which processes it under its own terms. We use enquiry details only to respond and discuss the requested service.
Information used to run the service
For a client setup, we use the business details, review destinations, brand assets and contact information you supply. Depending on the agreed configuration, customer pages may record page activity, optional feedback or ratings, and private messages submitted to the business. The live page’s notice should describe the fields and processing used in that setup. The website demo is not evidence of the live product’s data handling.
External review platforms
When a customer follows a public review destination, the platform handles account access, review content, publication and moderation under its own terms. TrustLoop does not post the review on the customer’s behalf. Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook and other destinations have their own privacy practices.
Who receives information
Private feedback submitted through a configured business page is shared with that business and the service providers used for the agreed setup. Operational providers may include hosting, database and message delivery services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Retention, access and deletion
Service information is retained while needed to run the agreed service, respond to enquiries and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask what information we hold, request a correction or request deletion. We will respond within thirty days. Deleting TrustLoop data does not delete reviews held by an external platform; use that platform’s process for those requests.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when the described practices change and communicate material service changes to active clients.
