TrustLoop is a managed review and customer feedback service. We create your branded page and QR artwork, configure your review links, and look after the setup. Customers choose a public review platform or private feedback; you receive the feedback and reporting included in your plan.

Google Business Profile is supported today. TrustLoop can be customised to redirect to other suitable review destinations. We confirm each link and the permitted way to invite reviews during setup. Custom links do not mean automatic review syncing or an official platform integration.

No. Zonovva Creative manages the setup for you. You provide your business details and review destinations, approve the page, and place or share the QR code.

Setup typically takes two to three working days after we receive your details and agree the scope. Custom platform requirements and physical printing may take longer. We confirm the schedule before starting.

You need an eligible Google Business Profile to collect Google reviews. If you want another platform, you need an appropriate destination there. We check the proposed destinations before confirming your setup.

No. The intended setup offers the same public review destinations and optional private feedback to everyone, without asking for a star rating first. Private feedback must never be used to hide, delay or discourage a public review.

No. Google permits neutral requests for genuine experiences, while Yelp tells businesses not to ask for reviews. Trustpilot requires supported invitation methods and fair invitations. We check the rules for your proposed destinations; a working URL alone is not permission to request reviews.

TrustLoop does not offer review incentives. Do not link discounts, gifts, refunds or other benefits to writing, changing or deleting a review. Keep ordinary customer support separate from whether someone posts a review.

Yes. AI suggestions can use customer notes and business context. Customers must check the facts, edit or discard suggestions and decide what to share. Business details or a star rating alone cannot establish an experience. Availability and permitted use depend on the platform and setup. The website examples do not call an AI service or publish reviews.

No. Platform rules, moderation decisions and customer actions are outside our control. We use a neutral setup and explain the rules, but cannot guarantee compliance outcomes, publication, review counts, ratings, rankings or sales.

The review page opens in a browser, with no TrustLoop app to install. The destination platform may require the customer to sign in and meet its review eligibility rules before publishing.

It is shared with the business through the agreed service setup. It is not a public review. Private feedback is optional and available to everyone; customers can still choose a public review destination.

No. The demo is an illustration. Its Google, Tripadvisor and Facebook options show the next step without opening a real business listing. Private messages stay in the page until reset or navigation and are not submitted to a server.

Print-ready artwork is included. We can discuss physical stands and printing separately, or you can print locally. We confirm physical production and delivery costs before ordering.

Plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at the end of your paid month. See the pricing and refund policy pages for the details.

Cancelling TrustLoop does not itself delete reviews on third-party platforms. Those reviews remain subject to each platform’s rules and the reviewer’s choices. Your managed page and QR destination stop when the service ends; discuss a handover before cancelling.

Yes. Setup can be handled remotely for businesses across India. Any visit or physical delivery is agreed separately.
