A customer scans your printed QR code or follows your shared link. The branded page opens in their browser.
Choose a destination
They see the same public review links and private feedback option as every other customer. No star rating is required first.
Share their experience
They write their own review on the selected platform, or choose to send a private message to your business.
We build the setup around your business
You provide your logo, business details and review destinations. We design the page and supply QR artwork for your counter, receipts or other agreed placements. Standard setup usually takes two to three working days after the details and scope are confirmed.
Google today, custom destinations when suitable
Google Business Profile is available today. Other links can be configured after checking the destination and its collection rules. Some platforms require an approved invitation method, and Yelp does not allow review requests. A custom link does not add automatic review imports or publishing.
The customer stays in control
A public review is written and submitted by the customer on the destination platform. They may need an account there. Opening a link does not publish a review, and TrustLoop does not guarantee that a submitted review will appear.
Private feedback is available to everyone
Compliments, questions and concerns can all be shared privately. This is a separate choice, not a route reserved for low ratings. Customers remain free to leave a public review before or after contacting you.
We help you keep it useful
We manage the page and agreed business details. Your plan determines reporting, branding options and location limits. Page activity and private feedback are distinct from reviews actually published by an external platform.
