Hotels & stays
Customer reviews for hotels and guest houses
Help guests share a stay in their own words. Use a branded feedback page to connect suitable public destinations and a private contact option, without favouring guests expected to leave positive reviews.
Where the code goes
At checkout or on a take-home guest card
Offer the invitation after a genuine experience, when the customer can choose to respond without pressure.
The problem
A setup that fits your customer journey
Google is available today. Tripadvisor can be considered as a custom destination; booking-site review methods need an individual check.
Guests use different platforms
Google and eligible hospitality destinations serve different audiences. Configure only suitable, permitted links.
Each platform has its own eligibility
Some booking platforms require a verified stay and their own invitation process. A generic link cannot bypass that.
Support matters throughout the stay
Give guests a direct service contact for problems. Keep support separate from whether they leave a review.
Where to put the code
We send print-ready artwork sized for each of these. Most clients start with one and add a second once they see which converts.
- Checkout desk
- Guest information or take-home card
- An eligible post-stay communication
Neutral invitation examples
These are invitations for your page or printed card, not customer review text. Customers choose their own rating and words. Use invitations only where the platform permits them.

Questions
Hotels & stays, specifically
Can we offer an upgrade for a review?+
No. Do not connect upgrades, discounts or other benefits to a review. Invite guests neutrally and let them choose whether to respond.
